I have a Serve 2008 x64 loaded with Exchange 2010. The server will randomly reboot at different times throughout the day. I am trying to find the cause and corret it. Has anyone else run into this issue? I am not sure if it is a Server 2008 or Exchange 2010 issue as well..

Anything in the event logs? Have you run ExBpa against the server?what 3rd party software is installed?
